PROCESSING TIME

Each item is handmade and made-to-order. Generally items should be processed with 2-3 days. If there should be any delays you will be contacted. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Our shop is not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Our shop is not responsible for any lost packages or if package is marked as delivered via tracking delivery confirmation number. Insurance can be purchased for your package at a small fee. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND INFORMATION

Please review all information prior to placing your order. Make sure shipping address and contact information is correct. Our shop is not responsible for any address or information errors taken from your order. If there is any information or address change after you have submitted your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
